Once I had turned into the street I was overcome with a pleasant feeling of peace. The comforting thought that I was both literally and figuratively on the right path…
A wide green street, with mainly semi-detached houses on both sides. Beautiful old trees flanked the road; I immediately understood why this neighbourhood is called “the green heart” of Zandvoort.
The road took a turn to the right and there it was, in all its glory and, at the same time, its humble simplicity. The former church gave off a modest energy that stops you in your tracks. And it made me extremely curious! I almost couldn’t wait until I was inside looking around.
Why? Because the current owners created not only a very special home but also six stylish mini-suites, a wellness area and a multifunctional group area in this church, built in 1928, and the attached vicarage.
A unique place to relax in complete peace and silence, and to recharge your batteries: created with love, an eye for detail and a great sense of style, sustainability and quality.
